
You can request a new online banking PIN directly at your Sparkasse's ATM. The only requirement is that you know your login name. Follow the instructions and request your new PIN step by step at your nearest ATM.

Do not confuse: Your online banking PIN with your app passwords:
Forgotten your online banking PIN? You will need this PIN to log into online banking. Do not confuse your online banking PIN with the passwords for the App Sparkasse Business or S-pushTAN-App or the PIN for your Sparkassen-Card (debit card).
Online banking access blocked:
If you have entered your online banking PIN incorrectly three times, your access will be temporarily blocked for security reasons.
In that case, you can unlock access by going back to your online banking portal and entering the correct online banking PIN twice plus a valid TAN. Instead of a TAN, you can also approve this action on the S-pushTAN-App.
If you have forgotten your online banking PIN, you can request your login details by clicking on “Forgotten online banking PIN” (“Online-Banking-PIN vergessen”). Alternatively, you can also use the link for “Forgotten login details” (“Zugangsdaten vergessen”).
If you enter an incorrect online banking PIN again at this point, your online banking access will be permanently blocked for security reasons. To remove the lock on your online banking PIN, follow the instructions under “Remove online banking PIN lock”.
